The virtues of accessibility are well-established but many companies still fail to make accessibility a priority when developing websites and mobile apps. In the US, however, companies are being forced to view accessibility in a new light in the wake of a US Supreme Court decision that will force a major pizza chain to defend itself against a lawsuit alleging its website fails to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
